Our Courses

Udon Thani Thai Boxing Camp courses are open to all. We recommend booking in advance (particularly if
you plan to use our accommodation) but this is by no means essential. It is also no problem if you wish to
stay in one of the other accommodations available in Udon Thani. You are still very welcome to attend any
one of our courses. It is a good idea though to let us know when you expect to arrive. Please contact us via
the enquiry form if you have any questions or would like to make a booking.
Prices for learning Muay Thai at our facility during normal operating hours Monday - Friday
( 5.pm to 7.30 pm ) Saturday Training upon request.

  • Novice

NOVICE Special Introduction,
20 lesson's for 7,000 baht.....Go at your own speed,according to how you
feel and your individual progress...

1) Warm up, Running, Stretching.

2) Shadow boxing to learn Muay Thai techniques such as Punching, Kicking, Knee and elbow strikes.

3) Bag Work,Punching or Kicking bags.

4) Focus Pad Work. To improve timing,distance and focus. As well as flow of various hand, knee, elbow
and kicking blows in different combinations.

5) Clinching. Stand up grappling in Muay Thai style, with a partner. Learning and using knee blows.

6) Sparring. Practicing your blows on an opponent who is actually trying to attack you as well.

7) Fitness Training, Push ups. Sit ups, etc.

8) Cool down stretching.

  • Beginners Training Program (Average duration 2.5 hrs)


Beginner,
5000 baht per month. Access to school 5 days a week with an added invitation to Fight Tactic /
Sparring Classes on Saturdays. OR

Beginner,
6,000 baht per month. Same as above but includes 2 sessions per week in the weight gym with
Personal Trainer.

1) Warm -up : 15 minutes of upper & lower body stretching, 10 minutes of Skipping

2) Bag Work : 3 x 3 minute rounds of Kicks & Punches, focusing on correct Technique (supervised by the
instructor)

3) In The Ring : 3 x 3 minute rounds of Technique, 3 x 3 minute rounds of light Sparring (both sessions
with Instructor)

4) Endurance : 20 - 30 minutes of strength -building using free weights and gym equipment.

5) 100 Sit-ups and /or more Skipping

6) 30 minute run over a 6 km -12 km distance


  • Intermediate Training Program (Average duration 3.5 - 4 hrs)


Intermediate,
6,500 baht per month. Weight gym mandatory.

1) Warm -up : 15 minutes of upper & lower body Stretching, 15 minutes of Skipping

2) Bag Work: 4 x 5 minute rounds of Punches, Elbows , Kicks & Knees

3) In The Ring: 4 x 5 minute rounds of Technique, 4 x 3 minute rounds of Sparring (both sessions with
Instructor)

4) Endurance: 30 - 40 minutes of strength -building using free weights and gym equipment.

5) 200 Sit-ups + and more Skipping

6) 30 minute run over a 6 km -12 km distance


  • Advanced Training Program (Pre - Fight Training for Muay Thai Fighters)


Advanced, Starting at
9,000 Baht per month. Please Inquire.

Morning Training (Average duration 2.5 hrs)

1) 10 minutes of stretching and light weight training to liven up the body

2) 30 minute run (aprox 10 km distance)

3) 15 Minutes of shadow boxing

4) 30 minutes strength-building using free weights and gym equipment

5) 30 minutes of Bag work and /or Skipping

6) 15 minutes of Stretching to warm down the body

                                          (Relax free time, eat ,mid day Sleep)

Afternoon Training (Average duration 3 hours)

1) Warm -up: 20 minutes of strength-building free weights and gym equipment, 20 minutes Skipping

2) Bag Work: 5 x 3 minute rounds of Punches, Elbows , Kicks & Knees

3) In The Ring: 5 x 3 minute rounds of Technique, 4 x 3 minute rounds of Sparring (both sessions with
Instructor)

4) Endurance: 30 - 40 minutes of strength -building using free weights and gym equipment

5) 200 Sit-ups and / or more Skipping

6) 60 minute run over a 12km distance combined with 200m sprints uphill (apr 7-10 sprints)

management. This is what we offer that distinguishes us from the rest. You will leave our gym either in the

  • Please be advised that we also have a certified personal trainer for weight lifting if you have
    personal goals of bulking up, toning or weight loss. Pricing for this service will depend on your
    individual goals and needs. So please feel free to ask about these services.
